Your staff is very nice, friendly. Your work is great! I like how you send updates.i feel very comfortable leaving my car with you & that it will be perfect when I pick it up.! The only issue that was very frustrating for me is that my car was ready on 3/16-yet there was a delay in the Stste Farm adjuster getting there. He had from Tuesday till Friday afternoon to get there to check my car. I was told by State Farm that they did not get the second estimate until the am of 3/16-therefore I was not able to get my car until 3/19. I was upset because my car was ready -I had received 2 texts on the 16th, saying it would be ready by 4:48. I got a phone call at 4:15 saying I could not get my car-I was really irritated, frustrated fSomewhere there was a miscommunication, & it delayed me getting my car & paying for 2more day’s of a rental-out of pocket.

The car looked great when it was done and everyone talked to was very helpful. The fact that the car was detailed was above and beyond and I was extremely exited when I got my clean fixed car back.

Quality Body Shop did an amazing job! They got my car in fast and did an amazing job! They washed and even cleaned the inside of my car. I got in my car and was beyond impressed! Thank you all so much!

Well when I first called my insurance company I had the option of going to Fred Martin, or Quality body shop. Being that I always try to support local businesses, I decided to go to Quality. This was the best decision I could have mad for my situation. I walk into the shop, it’s clean, people are smiling, offering coffee, and empathetic to the situation I was in. I was given options on what I wanted to do about getting a rental car, and making sure I got to work as soon asap. I was then given a ride by a gentleman that I can’t recall his name. He worked on cars there and was the nicest, most calm person I’ve met in awhile. He boasted about the family who owns Quality and everything he spoke of seems true. These truly are good people that have your best interest at heart. I received text messages and pictures through the whole process of my car getting fixed which was nice. When I picked up my car today I was given a free detail, inside and out for choosing Quality over the big commercial businesses. My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it. George and his staff at Quality really took care of me and made me feel at home, and gave me a great first impression. Lord forbid I need any more body work, but if I do or anyone I know does, I definitely know where I’m going, or referring someone to! Thank you all so much. It was a pleasure in a not so pleasant situation. You all rock!
