I don’t believe my vehicle was properly inspected from the accident. So body work was done however the mechanical damage not addressed. Even though I mentioned the noises and driving issues reported to the adjuster. When my vehicle was returned the mechanic issued not addressed let my vehicle stranded in the middle of the street broken down. Your company refuses to taken responsibility for the CV axle not being repaired from the accident. This happened a few days later with less than 50 driven miles. You offered no help to file a supplemental repair with the insurance company. You did nothing. I will not recommend you organization to family or friends. However, tell my story to all I know in the Greater Akron area.
