This is the second time we have had repairs with Carcraft. Everyone we interacted with, on the phone and in person was friendly, courteous and professional. Juan was assigned to us and he was awesome, top notch! He kept me informed as to the status of our car. He even took the extra step to get our inspection renewed as it had expired. I was running late to pick up the car and arrived a few minutes after closing. I called and said I was running late and the response was no problem I’ll wait for you. Wow!
