CarCraft staff and procedures were outstanding at every stage. Two things were very noteworthy. We never had to call and ask. Your system and staff informed us such that we had total confidence that we had correct info and timelines.
Throughout, Juan was outstanding! My sons first mentioned him when telling me all the red tape that police impound and AAA wrecker wanted them to provide before we could get the car indoors and protected at CarCraft. They gave him the full credit for breaking the logjam and getting the car protected before the weekend of rain. I met him when a friend brought me to clean out the car as I have COPD and could not. I cannot tell you how glad I was for that help so soon after the accident. Throughout, he sent Emails with good news and called personally with bad (parts delay).
I know that he was being backed by many others of your staff and please pass Sharon's and my appreciation to all.
