When I brought my car in I was very upset and confused. This was the first time I had to deal with a situation like this. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by John Sartori and he was was amazing.He was so helpful and welcoming that I was able to relax. He thoroughly explained the process and assured me my car was in good hands! I left feeling confident that I had nothing to worry about.
