I was told it would take 4 days i dropped it off on monday, wed. I was told some of the parts were ordered incorrectly, the correct parts would be in monday and i should be able to pick up tue. Tuesday i was told the window had not been tinted so it was sent to the tint shop i was finally able to pick it up on that Thursday. It had tape residue on both front and back doors.

I learned my car wasn’t repaired after I paid and was escorted out to vehicle. I had to leave it there and come back for it. My running boards were going to be installed and never were. I was told they’d be ready on July 7th and haven’t heard from them. There was bonding overspray all down the side of my vehicle…. I have pictures of everything. Won’t be back! Customer service was belligerent, confrontational and demeaning.
