I was having a problem talking to someone that would give me information. But when Jason talked to me He said they would assure me that they would keep me informed .It took 3 weeks due to parts delivery .But The car looks good so I am satisfied Jason personaly called me and came through with the completion date.

New after market lens did not fit properly. Another one ordered that will probably be the same. The person who installed it knew it was not right. The final inspection should have caught the problem. It’s not rocket science. Do it right the first time = customer satisfaction. Now I have several wasted trips, wasted gas and time. You are costing me money.

It took 8 weeks yes EIGHT WEEKS to even look at my car only for it to be totaled Because we were so unsatisfied we ended up purchasing our new vehicle at Sanford Toyota. You lost our business and we will never refer anyone. After 6 weeks of no answers were were offered a loaner car only to be told we need to return with it weekly to renew. You company made NOTHING easy for us.

I have a video of water being poured into my car without any protection at all against water. I also have pictures. I took it to Land Rover and they said it was not a faulty sunroof or a clogged drain and a Bs test done with the sunroof open. Just **** work and I’m taking this to the news and cooperate head quarters already have a complaint as of yesterday. Lots of neglect and it shows how they treat the customers but I’m sure the CEO is not aware of the crappy work being done there. Unbelievable
