I was greeted by a man name Billy, given the greatest service was told that I wouldn’t have nothing else to worry about I would have updates every day he would take care of me that was going to be as good as it gets after my accident. He was there for three days, then I was told that he was gone, a man name Steve took over for him and I got nothing but run around promises every Friday it would be done every Friday it wasn’t done this part was all here then we have to wait for more parts because they’re not here, I was just told they were all here but that wasn’t right all we have to do now is cut this one piece and put everything back together the next week all we have to do now is cut this one piece and put it back together. In the meantime I’m paying $18 a day for my insurance on my rental and it’s been 35 days that’s three days over the allotted time that I am allowed for rental. My insurance company gave me three additional days, but that wasn’t enough because Steve again was jacking me around. Finally I had had enough I went in there on a Monday morning, to tell them that I wanted my car by Wednesday no later and no more excuses . But when I walked in the door, there was Billy, he was waiting on another customer and when he got through I told him but had been happening to me, and that was the end of all of my problems, he took control he got the right people involved they checked on my car, Fred came in and spoke to me from the garage told me I should never should’ve gone through all the confusion that have been going through that he had just gotten there and it was going to be expedited. Billy went and talk to Taylor and she immediately got to work. I left finally feeling confident finally some wonderful ending who is going to take place to this horrible experience. That was Monday, Tuesday I got a call from Taylor, she advised me that the car would be ready on Wednesday. I had not requested that because after seeing the meeting with Billy again I knew that it was going to be taken care of. But here she was on the phone telling me Ashley the car was going to be ready for me on Wednesday and guess what it was. If it hadn’t been for Billy I would still be waiting and giving them run around. The work was done correctly I have no problems with that . However, Steve, who had been put in place during Billy’s absence was completely incapable of doing the job he was engaged to do.

Truck not done when needed, and salesperson knew when we needed it. Price was excessive for work done! I was charged ****.5 hrs. @ $150hr. For engine diagnostics and I had a bumper replaced and minor body work. Which was taken off when I called them on it! Inside of the truck was extremely dusty. As if the windows were open when it was in the body shop. I had to reschedule service on my truck because It wasn’t done. A few days turned into 7 days! I don’t even know why I’m filling this out, as I feel like you just don’t care!

Well to start off. I dropped my vehicle off at the collision center and it had all my items on the vehicle. But when I went to pick up my car and was told things were missing from my vehicle while on Toyota property. My spoiler was stolen, my lights in the front of my car were taken and my custom plate I had made from the front of the car was missing as well. My dash came from inside my vehicle attached to my window was removed (Ripped) off and shoved inside my glove box. So probably an inside job. They reimbursed my spoiler but made sure to claim that on my insurance as well. Wanted me to claim the rest of my stuff on the insurance that was missing. Which means in the end I pay more out of pocket because that was not the initial things damaged. So was very upset about all of that. James my advisor was friendly in the heat of the situation. Communication between the place **** very badly. Alot of excuses between everyone. Other than all that it was fine. They replaced my spoiler. I'm not worried about the lights or plate I can replace those myself. But it's the point that they went missing and no one knew where they were.

I am very disappointed in the collision department’s lack of professionalism. It was very difficult to communicate with them when I called to inquire status of vehicle. I would get an answering machine I would leave messages but I did not get a call back. It got so bad I had to call the dealership and ask a salesperson to go over to the collision center and have them call me. The labor was done to perfection but they really need to communicate with customers. The sales and service departments are outstanding.

Was never offered a loaner car and told I needed to rent a car. I rented a Toyota from the service department. When I returned the car and paid for it, they told me I should have been given a loaner. I've tried to have the service rep look into it, but he never got back to me.

I was having a problem talking to someone that would give me information. But when Jason talked to me He said they would assure me that they would keep me informed .It took 3 weeks due to parts delivery .But The car looks good so I am satisfied Jason personaly called me and came through with the completion date.

There was absolutely no communication at all from the collision center while my vehicle was there. I never received a single update the entire time. I had to call to get any information. Even then my service advisor wouldn’t return my calls.
