From start to finish, information flowed not only to me but from all three variables i.e., Toyota, USAA, and Enterprise. In my case, the left hand knew what the right hand was doing, and I like that a great deal.
I would offer one suggestion though, and that is to have a representative available to discuss, and go over the work done on the vehicle before leaving the Toyota facility.
