I think the work was first class and everything was done that I requested.I also was pleasantly suprized that the work was completed so fast. A very good experience from all of your staff.

Tina and Rose were a pleasure to work with. They had my paperwork and everything ready when I came in to drop off and pick up my car. Tom came out to check my car and remedy any problems. I felt like Tony went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done properly. Completely satisfied on that subject.
I did want to mention that there seems to be an issue with the texting service for updates. I received a text when I first dropped off my car but did not get another one until after I already picked up my car. I was a little confused because the initial text I had received had said I would get updates but none ever showed up and I had to call to see if our car was ready on the appointed day. Not a big deal to me; I just want to make sure it's working properly on your end so you don't have upset customers because they don't get the promised updates.

I do think they did a good job. They told me that they replaced the back door and I do not see that they did. Also they did not communicate with me regarding the increase in the estimate. If I knew it would cost more than 5000 then I would have taken a check and bought a new RAV4. Also it's a shame that with all the money that they charged they forced me to pay for the door handle 42. I am very dissatisfied .
