The communication about the status of my car was very poor. Their text message system would tell me a daye the car was supposed to be ready and then when the day came I wouldn't receive any call as to whether or not car was ready or not. Also, when I did finally go to pick up my car I found stuff that the technician must have broke since they had my car for a month. A broken seatbelt, broken door stop oh yeah, and I get to replace the battery in my car because they had it sitting for a month and now it's dead, didn't even have my car back a day and the battery is dead thanks Daytona Toyota I appreciate you making more expenses and inconveniences in my life. Granted the boss Brad is taking care of the broken parts but nothing is being done about my battery which I am upset about. Everyone knows motorcycle and car batteries die when not used frequently to just leave a customers car sit in your lot with not even a trickle charger is wrong.

While my car was taken care of eventually, I am concerned about taking my car to be serviced in the future to Daytona Toyota. I purchased a new car that had a few scratches on the door so the dealership paid to have the door repainted. When I went to pick up the car, I found scratches on the hood that were not there when I dropped it off and they were deep enough that my hood needed to be repainted. When I went to pick up the car again, I found a scratch on two car doors, one on each side of the car. They were buffed out and my car is now fine. I will be nervous about taking my car in to be serviced in the future because it doesn't seem to be enough care taken when handling the car and I will be afraid that more scratches will be put on my car.
