Tell the crew they did a great job looks like nothing happened to the vehicle great craftsmanship. I will say one thing that kinda a little taking back by was three times I asked about a personal quote about a different issue and I would be paying that out of my pocket, the person told me three times she will tell the quoter about the part and labor but never got back to me, then I go to pick up the vehicle I asked again she told me that person doesn’t deal with that the mechanic does. My question is why didn’t she or he get me through the right person the first time?.Just felt like the issue wasn’t taken seriously on my end but taken seriously with GEICO. Listen you guys did a great job with the vehicle but just wished I was more informed a little better about my matter. Thank you guys for the great work you did for me.

It is not acceptable to have a car in for repair for more than 50 days. The car came into the shop with cosmetic issues, and 50 days later I was told that almost everything was replaced in the front. Not only that but the car had sensor issues that were not resolved in the first visit, nor the second or the third. The car had to be taken to Honda for repair. Communication along the process was poor and repairs of very low quality. I can write many more examples but I think I learned the lesson. I will definitely not come back to this place.
