They were so helpful. I was taking my grandsons to the movie when accident happened. I called D Patrick and they arranged tow truck and pick up from movies with a rental vehicle. We saw our movie and didn't miss a minute of it. Now that is service. Thanks DPatrick and Bryan Mockabee. From happy grandma and 2 happy little boys.

I had an accident on Friday and did not expect to hear anything until Monday. I was called on Saturday, a tow truck was arranged to get my car from Henderson to DPatrick in Evansville, and my car was ready for pick up on Wednesday. Staff was helpful in answering any questions I had. And as an added bonus my car was returned to me cleaner than it has been since the day I purchased it! As bad as it is to have an accident my overall experience with Allstate, Enterprise, and DPatrick has made it more bearable for sure.

I would like to say that I received very friendly and courteous service from everyone at D-patrick A collision, especially from Brian Mocabee. There were a few minor issues that needed attention afterwards, however Brian assured me that he'd see to it that they would correct them to my satisfaction.
