Final product was great, vehicle looks awesome. Had some hiccups with parts due to mixups with the insurance company. What was originally supposed to be a 4 or 5 day process turned into 15 days total. I dont work in the industry so i dont know what (if anything) could have been done differently. Karen was just as frustrated with the situation as I was so I will give her benefit of doubt in the matter. Ultimately, just thankful my vehicle looks great.
