The front passenger fender was not properly clipped but quickly fixed. AC has seemed to not work consistently. Some times just get warm moist air but very intermittent. Will monitor. Otherwise timeliness of repair was good and color matching excellent.

I was so pleased with the personal attention in getting the car to me when there was a difficult scheduling issue when I was to pick up the car.

Car was in excellent condition when I picked it up I still have to check underneath it but everything up top looks good. So far I would definitely use Vinces Auto Repair again.

The final product was amazing and so were the people my only complaint was that I was not kept informed and was not contacted about additional repairs and wasn't told until after they had already finished. Told it'd be ready on a certain day and then called that day and it wasn't but was told it'd be ready the next day and then the next day was told it wasn't ready and that they found an issue with the paint job which had caused the previous day's delay so I had to wait another day. They did give me a amount off what I had to pay which was nice of them to do but still frustrating with the delays and lack of contact

I am so thoroughly pleased I chose Vince's Auto Body. It is just about two hours from where I live but from the time I stepped in the door for the initial estimate, I felt welcomed and cared about. I say cared about because the gentleman who did the estimate knew it would be weeks before he could take the car so to ensure I was safe, he spent several minutes securing the fender and loose electrical unit. WOW! I left with the feeling I could trust this establishment and that sense only got stronger when the car was there and getting fixed. I also want to greatly applaud Michelle the office manager. She was always patient and courteous even when I got confused over my rental car reservation and the completion date. She walked with me in rain and hail to show me the work that was done. I will add that my last experience with a shop in Kingston was a disaster and took countless phone calls, including one to the VP of Auto in your headquarters, and over a month's time to get my car back the way it was prior to a deer hitting me. In fact rather than accept his mistake, the shop owner and adjustor tried to sell me a 1200 used transmission. I realize this is a review on Vince's Auto Body but the fear and worry of bringing my car in anywhere was through the roof until I stepped in to 125 **** Street and was treated with respect and care. USAA - you have shown me why I feel so lucky to have a father who fought in Vietnam and served our country. You have given back by working with this fine provider who, one and all, helped me more than they know as my father is terminally ill and relies on me completely for all his medical and domestic needs.

Vince's auto body above and beyond my expectations with not only fixing my car but making sure it was taken care of properly. They even detailed my entire car inside and out! I will definitely be recommending to many people.
