Exceptional customer service! I loved the texts sent to keep me updated on the progress of the repair. Very courteous and professional staff. If ever I need to have auto body work done......you will be the one for me!!

Everyone was very nice and couteous. They did the repair was done in a very timely fashion. The professionalism was absolutely top notch. They just dI'd a great job!!!

I really appreciated the text messages keeping me informed about the progress. I also appreciated that between the time we brought it in for the initial inspection and when my appointment was made was about two weeks, you took the time to do a little fix it on the door so it was easier to open and close. The gift card was a nice addition, as well. We have had some BAD experiences with customer service lately, so this was especially appreciated. My car was clean and fresh on the inside and I loved my peach air freshener. Great work and great experience! Thank you!

Above and beyond what I was expecting. They even cleaned the inside of my car. That was not needed, but much appreciated. I will do business again if I am ever in need!

I liked the text updates. Only issues were my license plate was bent a good bit. Not sure why it was like that? Radio and clock not working. I am sure it relates to battery being off. It would have been nice to have corrected that. The bumper looks fantastic. Great Job.
