I was impressed with the amount of communication New Beginnings did, so that I always had an update on when the car was due to be finished. Also, Melissa is a good representative for your company. Extremely efficient and helpful to me as I had never had to deal with anything like this before, and she explained things to me. She showed a lot of patience in dealing with my questions.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. They explained each step and promised my car would look like brand new...which is exactly what they delivered.
