You guys need to update when the car will be done to the customer. I was told three different times that car was going to be done and it wasnt.

The only thing I would say is that you need to use the contact number that the customer gives you instead of the one in the computer on the account. I work and calling the home phone and leaving a message doesn't work if I get home and your closed.

Overall, satisfied, two things that could have been better.
****) The car was going to be ready Friday afternoon, but I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't called to check on the progress of the car. Would have meant another 3 days without the car.
2) Fog lamp was not flush/installed correctly. Had to wait for it to be adjusted before leaving.
