The body work done on my car was done well but when I went to get my car with the crash champion rep I asked to see if my left turn signal and backup light worked. He assured me that the vehicle goes thru quality control and it would. When I went to check as I wasn’t comfortable leaving unless I knew everything I brought my car in for was fixed...nothing worked. I then had to wait another 10-15 minutes while they took the back light cover off and changed the bulb all done in your front parking lot. Bad look for you guys. I think the rep was so embarrassed, as he should be, he didn’t even offer an apology. Thank goodness I checked or I would have driven off and would of had to return which would have been a huge inconvenience. You guys need to do a better job of checking and inspecting everything before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. No need to call me back just do better for the next guy.

I had the unfortunate circumstance to return to Crash Champions within 2 months of being rear-ended again! Carrie at the front desk and Alyssa, my service agent, along with Edward, the Assessor, were pleasantly professional, attentive and on point with satisfying my needs! I feel blessed that having to go through 2 accidents, I had Crash Champions, exhibit service true to their name! For the first few text I received texts updates with an estimated date of completion. When that "completion" date came around, I no longer received updates. I had to keep calling them to make sure that they were on top of thibgs. Then there was a new "conpletion" date and once that one passed, I still heard NOTHING from them and had to call them again to see what was really going on. They had been taking their precious time finishing my vehicle. It unnecessarily took close to 10 days. After hearing the frustration in my voice, they finally stepped it up and completed the work.
