It's not that I am dissatisfied. It's just that we still aren't done yet. I picked up the car and found that something was still not quite done. They are investigating a remedy now and say they will follow up with me.

when driving into the complex i first went to chevy 'service' and was directed to go around the side to collision...that was also the wrong place who then directed me to go to ARX...HUH...I dont work here i dont know what ARX means...anyhow i finally figured it out auto repair express. NO acronyms to customers please. We arent familiar with them , we dont work here, Geico repair people and enterprise rental were amazing. German is top notch!
