The wrong part was put onto my car ( the replaced side view mirror did not have blindspot sensor) and there were three faults that showed up on the at upon it being given back to me. I was completely in satisfied.

If didn't expect they it would repairs as long as it did. The informational text were not useful because they provided late data. For example , after receiving my vehicle, a few hour later, I received a text stating that repairs were at about 75% complete.

When the day my car was supposed to ready arrived all communication stopped. I left voicemails with no return call and finally walked in to find my car was done. I have no idea how long it had been done. Since I have been leaving voicemails for two issues I found with the car, still no return call.
When I get the main number and ask for help I just get transferred back to Kathryn's voicemail.
