Your staff were very helpful and courteous even though gm had their priorities misaligned. My truck would have been on time if it had not been due to the deficiencies of RAM Trucks and/or GM in delaying my replacement axle for 8 weeks. Again your team was very courteous and helpful to their ability.

Small oil leak when the jeep is running, the head rest was not restored to the factory preset, I think it is a safety feature that needs to be reset. There is a knocking sound on the front right side sounds like a bearing the vehicle has not had these issues before. My tires were quoted in at 310 to be put on my wife went to pickup her vehicle and she paid over 400 so an extra expense was added in that was not discussed with me. So far after driving it for a little over a day we will see what other issues come up and will be bringing it back to get these issues fixed. All in all don worked with me he did his services we'll but I can not give a good review till these problems are adressed and fixed.
