While the work on the car appears to be excellent (only based on having the car for one day), the customer service was certainly not what I expect from a Hendrick shop. Since 2007 I have purchased nine vehicles from Hendrick dealerships, the majority from Lexus. Every time I have entered a Lexus facility, either for purchase, maintenance, service, or parts, I have felt appreciated and that I was dealing with a professional and quality organization. Unfortunately, I did not get that feeling at your Luxury Collision Center. As a former CEO I recognize and appreciate great customer service. In the end, I have my car back and it looks good, but the experience was not what I thought I would receive.

I have no issues with the repair of the front bumper but during the detailing of my car, some type of abrasive cleaning methods resulted in visible scratches and swirl marks over my entire black car. This is extremely frustrating and I’d like like to speak with someone immediately to determine the required corrective actions that will be needed.
