I liked the Mon, Wed, Fri updates although I think you could improve it by including a picture of the vehicle in whatever stage it’s in.

Everyone I interacted with was helpful and thorough in their explanations. I'm impressed with the complete professionalism of the staff.
One small area for improvement: there was a moment in the repair process (17 days; I was traveling the whole time which was perfect) where, despite having made my appointment weeks beforehand, I was told a necessary part was on backorder and my car would be delayed nearly another week. Ultimately the part came in on time and I was able to pick up my car at my return to Charlotte, but for a moment I was concerned and a little frustrated. In the end though it all turned out great!
