Although we did not meet the technician that did the repairs on our car, please extend our sincere thanks to them for doing an excellent job. Dean Burnett was great to work with and was very attentive to getting us in and out in a timely manner the day of pick up. We did experience a nail in our right front tire that was picked up somewhere on the premises. Dean was quick to get it repaired and us back on our way. He extended apologies on behalf of Hendrick collision. We had a good experience with the shop, but hope we do not need our services again. After waiting almost **** month for the car to be repaired, on the day of delivery: ****-My new rim was not installed and I had to have it installed at a separate location 2-My car was not well aligned and therefore was not driving straight: it now needs a second trip to your center for further repairs but apparently no mechanic is available yet that knows how to re-align the axles! 3-One of the parts necessary to put the car together was shipped 4 times and arrived broken each time which delayed my car by **** week. I chose Hendrick collision thinking service would be excellent but was very disappointed. This is unacceptable.

My original service advisor went out on medical leave during the course of my repairs and communication was poor regarding the status of my car. The final three days were frustrating as I would get the occasional email saying the car was in cleanup and QC. Trying to get a firm commitment when I would get my car back was difficult
