The actual repair is ok I think-picked up just before traveling internationally so did not get to drive much yet. My dissatisfaction is in regard to the length of time to complete work. Ten weeks was excessive!!

Vicktor and Harley were great. They were very responsive explained the process clearly and got my tesla fixed in record time. The front desk ladies not so much, when i was making final payment i asked if there is any Hendrick promotion or coupon which could be applied she rudely said its not walmart. I am Hendrick customer for a decade i know that there are promotions or coupons for service.
