When I walker into the Collsion Center office, I was immediately pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. Working with Justin was I was treated very professionally and he very thorough to get car repaired with high quality. Justin was also amazingly patient to explain the process and repair work to be done. Finally, Justin worked well with the Insurance Ajustor in a timely manor to expedite the repair work.

I have been waiting for over a month for my car to be completed. I picked it up and continued to get emails daily that it was ready for pick up. There were some parts that got damaged when they taped up the window until parts came in. They said parts were ordered and would be in in about a week. I have heard nothing since. Very frustrating. I have replied to a couple of the emails saying my car was Ready for pickup. Very very frustrating and way to long to fix a mistake that happened there.
