I was very pleased with the work done on my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Everything was done to my satisfaction. In fact, the paint job was so well done, that I wished I had had them touch up the rest of the car that was not impacted by the wreck to match the beautiful job your painters did. Tim Bramble did an excellent job coordinating all the details of the repair and keeping me informed with regular communication. Since I live 100 miles from you, coordinating the actual pick up time and the drop off of the car rental what's important to me and Tim made that happen seamlessly. He was also very friendly and reassuring when I dropped off the car and was admittedly a bit frazzled after having had an 18-wheeler run into me. He assured me of a definite due date for fixing the repairs and excellent craftsmanship and delivered on all accounts. I'm very pleased with the efforts and repairs done to my car! Well done!

Repair was great, but time that my vehicle was at Gates Hyundai for one wheel mounting and alignment seemed too long.
Plus the several dollars in quarters that were missing from my console!

I had the smoothest experience ever! I went in on Monday for an estimate and was told that they would order the parts and that I should bring my car there the following Monday and expect to get my repaired vehicle on Friday. Hertz picked me up for a rental car and on Wednesday morning I got a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I dropped the rental car at Hertz and they drove me back to Kentucky Collision walked in and I was greeted nicely as he printed the paper work for my signature and I was out the door quickly! The estimate was done in a matter of minutes. The repair was done quickly and the pick up took probably a total of 2 minutes!! That’s amazing! I recommend your company!

There were several setbacks in the time it took to complete the repair. One example is they put on the estimate a "New" headlight assembly but ordered a used one instead, when it came in damaged they did finally order and replace the broken one with a new assembly. I was told when I brought it in it would be ready Friday and that they had all the parts. When in fact they had to order additional part in addition to the headlight assembly and it was not completed until the following Friday. As for the repair, it looks like they did a good job.
