My repairs took a week, which the geico estimator quoted, so I was prepared even though my paperwork said four days. It would have been nice to have an update via text sometime during that week saying we were on track and my pickup date was still estimated to be a week after I dropped off. Other than that, my experience was good.

Techs turned on child lock so newly installed door wouldn't open automatically. Also burned through a gallon of gas. Low- fuel light not on and ****/4 tank when car dropped off. Tank on empty and fuel light on when car picked up.
