The car repairs look great and I'm very satisfied with that. But I did call today because the cup holder insert for the two cup holders in the front seat console is missing, and it was there when I dropped the car off. The fellow I spoke with said he would call me right back but didn't. It's a little thing, sure, but now the cupholders don't work, and since you all removed them you should have replaced them. And the fellow should have called me right back as he promised. So, I'm 99% satisfied with your service, but that **** ****% is going to stick with me and I won't be able to forget it.

I am completely satisfied with my service with Koons Sevice department. I have been a customer with Ford service department for 12 years. I only want Ford service to deal with my car. When I went to pick up my car I noticed additional scratches on my rear bumper. When I pointed them out to your service Manager John Morris he was very attentive and assured me that they would be taken care of. At that moment I realized that I made the right decision in dealing with the Ford Body Shop and I would never let any one but a Ford Certified technician touch my car ever again.
