I have to bring the car back. Both front marker lights are no longer functioning. The warning lights inside clearly indicated that they were not working. Why didn't the technician notice that when he moved the car??
I have very little time to take care of this now as I will need to leave the car at the facility again.

Having never dealt with an Auto Body Shop before, I didn't know what to expect. Harris S. was the Service Advisor assisting me. He took the time to explain the process of getting my car fixed which helped to ease my frustrations in dealing with the situation at hand. It was so easy to be able to order a part over the phone and pay for it and just show up to have it fixed/repaired while you wait. When you only have one car, time is of the essence. If I should ever require such services again, I would not hesitate to seek out Koons Ford Auto Body.

The quality was the worst ever. The experience is was the worst ever. Kroon and john are very unprofessional. They lie and I had to take the car back 4 times because they keep messing up. Till today , is still not fixed. After 4 times, they still did not connect my sensors correctly. I will never recommend koons to anyone I know.
