Pick up my Grand Prix and to my surprise I get locked out my car. And your business didn't even bother to notify me that there was something wrong with my lock on the front driver door. No they bother to check to make sure that everything worked. They should have cought that and they didn't. That's bad business!

Took to long to repair the overhead lights. Wasn't happy with the fact that Great Plains Auto, called me about the problem, told me what it was, and tried to return my vehicle back, to me, without the overhead lights being fixed. Kate Nowak, got a little attitude, when I returned my keys to her, to have Baxter Jeep fix the problem. Kept making excuses about when the part, PCM module was to arrive. Assured me, on three different days, then when it arrived, I had to be put on hold for 19 more days, before Baxter Jeep, could get me in, when I should've been the first one scheduled, since I've been waiting, the longest. Took almost two months, for something that, if I took it somewhere else, would've been a week or two. Bad business, bad customer service, shouldn't be open.

Great Plains Autobody was extremely easy to work with. All I did was drop my car off, get in my rental car, and I was back on the road. Same deal when my car was complete. Dropped off the rental, got in my car, and I was back on the road. So simple and convenient!
