But I don't appreciate your company leaving their trash in my vehicle
The trash I'm referring to is the leftover trash that you have when you peel and paste the trim stickers on my vehicle

Car was returned with some differences. Horn is not hooked up. Handling is not as good. Car does not reach speed nearly as fast as it did before - this is the biggest difference. Tire pressure warning came on less than 24hrs after pick up.

The process of turning the car in went smoothly, and the repair job was great. The people I dealt with in the front office were all friendly and helpful. Car repair seems to have been done satisfactorily but there was a complete lack of communication. At one point the car actually sat on your lot for 15 days while you were waiting for an insurance appraisal without letting me know until I called for an update to see if my car was ready and the repairs hadn't even started. And ironically the insurance adjustment had already been done I gave one of your employees a copy of it the day I brought the car in. Iantway it got worse from there. Anyway I know this was a rare occurrence as I have many friends and family have used you guys over the years and are very satisfied
