Quality of the work done was excellent. Would highly recommend due to the workmanship. Only downside was the time taken for the repair, although that was due to parts not being available.

There was great and rapid communication the first 2 days then a few days went on and then another update. Then I received a message saying when my car was going to be done, another message the next day and it said it something happened or there was a delay I would be informed. Then no call, no communication on the day it was supposed to be due, no return phone call or email when I rang up to see what was going on. This went on for a whole week. The receptionist got tired of me calling every day but if the person in charge of my file would have returned a phone call or message , I wouldn’t have to keep calling several times a day. Also AC doesn’t seem to be working well on the feet now.

A bit difficult to obtain rental car as BMW and Nationwide was not on the same page..Nationwide wanted estimate of how long and BMW could not give that without putting car in shop. In addition, repair estimate first given was 10 days longer than date when I was able to pickup car
