Took several minutes to be acknowledged after entering lobby to pick up car, even though many Severn employees present. When car dropped off for repairs battery had 179 miles. When we were getting car back, it had only 39. Had to wait additional 90 minutes to have enough miles added to get home. Ron was only bright spot.

Customer service was exceptional, even though it took longer than expected due to wrong initial paint color. But after I got the vehicle home, my husband noted a couple of raised spots in the finish and the plastic molding piece was coming off. So unfortunately we are not satisfied with the workmanship.

Two dash lights went on after crash. I changed oil yesterday and one went out. The other seems to be related to tire sensor. Was instructed by Chris to take to Toyota dealer. I did.They said I need to drive 15 miles or so and it would go out. It didn't. Now today my windshield wiper fluid won't work.Just had car at Jiffy lube where they filled all fluids so its full. Not happy with paint match up from new bumpers..That's not total customer satisfaction in my opinion !!
