The rear lift gate of my van had to be replaced. When my husband brought it home there were two stickers on it. My husband told me he would remove them over the weekend. When the sun would shine through the window, you could see handprints and imprints of stickers that had been removed. I called and spoke with the guy (I think his name is Dave - sounds like John Goodman) and he told me to bring it in. He removed the one and explained that the repair people probably thought they were on originally -- no problem. The other man (I think Mike -doesn't sit at front desk) had me show him. He had the stickers removed, told me he had the outside cleaned, however, I could clean the inside with windex at home. This is where one of the stickers was removed and window was dirty. I said fine. Really -- you vacuum the front of my car but don't clean the used part you put in it? What a really bad taste that leaves in my mouth. Also - if the one guy had to look at it -- why didn't he walk me out at first? Why did two of them have to go at separate times.
