He was knowledgeable about the entire repair process and explained everything in such a manner that we understood the process and felt very comfortable choosing **** for the repair. Best experience ever handling an insurance claim. GEICO Xpress with **** Brothers was so easy and quick. Walk in, give the keys, get a rental and then be informed within an hour of the repairs to take place, how soon they could be done, when they start and when the repairs are completed. All took place within 48 hours. Awesome repair job, cleaned the vehicle(inside and out)and took care of the rental car in less than 5 minutes when picking up(watch out McDonald's) I'm so glad I could comment on this experience. Not much to improve on from my experience. Thanks again.
