On two occasions, when they could not open my trunk to complete the job, there was a one or two day delay before I was contacted. It would have been more efficient if I was contacted immediately so the trunk problem could have been managed. Both times the problem was a blown fuse. The repair of the damage to my rear fender however seems to be excellent.

The paint job was great, but the b-molding was damaged, and the door liner wasn't put back on correctly - a coupler on both doors wasn't connected, and the lock knob wasn't placed correctly, and it's jamming the latch.
So paint was good, but apparently, re-assembly was done by somebody who didn't seem to know what he/she was doing.
