I just wanted to say that Amanda always have a smile on her face when she interacts with you. Doug is professional, friendly, understanding and he has a sense of humor. He laughs and joke with you. He keeps you updated on what is going on with your vehicle which saves me a phone call and less stress wondering when will I receive my vehicle. My vehicle is fixed properly and any concerns I have is addressed with no attitude. Although everyone is pleasant to see I hope I don’t have to see them anymore because I don’t want anything else to be wrong with my vehicle????. I will highly recommend Tamorff to others.

Everything in regards to the repair was excellent and done quickly. The vehicle was dropped off with a full tank of gas, and upon pickup, was not refilled. When asked why the gas wasn’t refilled to its original level, the staff said there was nothing they could do and came just short of accusing my wife of lying over the how full the tank originally was. That was a small disappointment, but overall good experience.
