I expect at the minimum to have all the fasteners completely fastened when the told to pick up my vehicle. The second time I was told my vehicle was ready and took it home only to find more screws and fasteners missing. Why should the consumer be the final judge in determining the soundness of the work. I am very disappointed in the workmanship of the body shop and will never take my vehicle back for repairs.
Honda of North America will also know my disappointed in the service received. The expectation from a Honda is quality and reliability. My experience at this dealer has severely tarnished the view of Honda dealers.
