My wife was told the vehicle would be ready this afternoon....upon arrival was told was not ready and could hold the rental until Monday...
Went all the way home, they called me saying it was ready and wanted to bring it to me...
I ended up driving back within a space of 2 hes.. complete waste of time...and not willing to keep his word...dishonest and does not care about the customer or keeping them happy...
Should of said. ..you know what, yes I did say u can keep the rental over the weekend, I'm a man of my word, we are going to live up to our high standards and outstanding online reviews...u can keep the rental over the weekend. ..
Complete waste of time...will post an online review warning others of your dishonesty and couldn't careless attitude. ..
