Vehicle alignment is way off. Light on the dashboard is on. Trailer plug is dangling. Not affixed. And that’s in just the first 30 mins of having the vehicle back.

My car door and quarter panel were supposed to be painted. From my personal inspection afterwards, the door wasn't COMPLETELY done. The door handle was not painted and there is an indentation on the new quarter panel.

The paint job was not well done, I had to ask for additional cleaning/buffing prior to leaving the shop with my car. There was a major damage to the windshield that your shop did not take responsibility for, causing me severe stress. The job was NOT completed, the check engine lights were on. The tires pressure were not checked or balanced and I had to go pump up the tires when I drove off your shop. Crystal was very nice, but the results were a night mare. I will be reporting you to the better business bureau.
