Great repair time and great customer service.

Everyone was so helpful. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle, which was very helpful. Not only did my car look great with the repairs, but they had my car cleaned up and looking immaculate.

The paint job was not complete, and the aftermarket parts looked cheap, unfit, and not safe. The handing off of adjusters was confusing and did not help establish trust. I'm not sure what happened to my initial adjuster Naomi, one day she just didn't work there anymore. I then got assigned to Justin, who then passed off to Jordan, and when I picked up my vehicle (not compete) it was received from Tyler. It's a shame that corners were cut and someone deemed my repair compete with the unacceptable workmanship and aftermarket parts. When I chose Classic Collision it was from a reference of a family member, and clearly, their experience was very different from mine. Tyler instructed me to leave with my car yesterday when I picked it up and that he would get another supplement going with Traveler's so that we could get the right parts ordered and placed on the vehicle. Thank you for your updates through the emails, I understand there are a lot of parties involved in this type of thing and can understand the challenges that may come about from this. The communication was well done and appreciated, just not 100% complete repair. I look forward to hearing back from you all this week about what next steps are to make this repair correct. London S

The welcome Customer Service provided by Crystal was super! she explained everything in detail and was very friendly and professional.I was amazed at how quickly my car was repaired and the quality of the work. The out process and pick up phase Customer Services performed by Crystal made my visit so easy. She is an excellent people person and does everything to make the experience a enjoyable one.

Moving forward, please don’t tell someone their car is ready until it actually is. At least twice you told me to pick it up when the repairs were ongoing. I don’t understand that.

Alejandro was very accommodating made me feel like a VIP. If not for his excellent service I would have taken my vehicle elswhere after seeing an employee driving a white Ford truck from the service area like he was in the Indy 500. I am in the automotive industry and there is no reason for dogging a customer's vehicle. Alejandro reassuring me that he would personally make sure all was well with my truck is the only reason I let the service be done.

I appreciated the updates and the friendliness of the staff. The car was ready in the perfect amount of time. However, I did notice some spots where the clear coat is not covering the hood.

Have to come back again ( cans back yesterday cuz bumper which was replaced was detached on one side . After they couldn’t fix it the second time was told it wouldn’t quite fit anyway ... so we are starting again. . We’ll see if they can get it right. Also the paint job was a little messy the first time I cake back so they tried again to fix . Not perfect. Not a good experience
