My service advisor, Frank Idi, was very helpful. I liked that I received email updates as well. When the car was finished, Frank delivered it to me. That is beyond good service. Forgot to estimate and install the rock guard and the door lock on the door that was repaired is inop. Sloppy work, time is the most important to me and I will have to return to get these items fixed that should have been completed the first time. Still do not have status on required parts.

The communication that came from the system was awful. Did not receive accurate updates that were system generated or did not receive any at all..Also, there are still a few issues with the repairs that were done and will need to bring the vehicle back.
