Your company provides excellent customer service. I've been there twice, first to repair my Infiniti (Lee was my point of contact), and then again when my Jeep needed repairs and I worked with Kayla. Both of them were absolutely fabulous!
When your car is damaged due to an accident that is not your fault, the last thing you want is to be further inconvenienced by the repair process. Having the rental car company co-located with your repair shop, providing daily updates, and especially, having a friendly, helpful staff are all key elements to make the process stress free.
I genuinely hope I don't have another accident, but this is Atlanta...if I have to have my car repaired again, I will definitely bring it here.

When trying a new body shop, you are apprehensive because of the stereotypes and urban legends... However, I was blown away by the professionalism and communication updates Lee provided. Lee was my representative and he was both courteous and professional the entire time. He communicated each step to me during the process and always made himself available. He told me he normally completes all his estimates before 5PM, but went out of his way to do mine at 5:30PM. He took a normally unpleasant experience, having to have a car repaired, and made it a simple and easy process.

Excellent quality job
My only constructive criticism is that a personal call update by advisor is still better than computer updates. I found that these updates were a day or two behind and rather perfunctory. I got answers some times quicker by calling insurance company than you did.
On the other hand, you coomunication with insurers at end was very good.
