I could not have asked for a better experience. One of the highlights of getting my car fixed was working with Lee Smolen. He was consistently in touch with me and made sure I was up to date on the work as it was being completed. As I am sure you are aware the person directly interacting with the customer is the image of the organization. Lee certainly creates the image of a first class operation.

It took one month to have my repairs completed. Once I picked up my vehicle and went to buy groceries they all spilled out onto my driveway due to the locking mechanism not being secured in my hatchback. I returned and I had my car inspected. They found that whoever put the locking mechanism back in did not bolt it down. I wish that all repairs had been fully inspected prior to pick up.

My bumper was coming off my car when I came to pick it up, my gas tank door was scratched, the emblem was missing, and there was black glue on my chrome. I came back days later, and the emblem was poorly lined up, the previous removal marks were not buffed off, the car didn’t look like it was cleaned and the black glue was still there. After waiting another hour, the team buffed the emblem mess off and the glue. This was a horrendous experience and a complete lack of quality control. The rear spoiler was poorly put on and I was told it’s just hard to line up being plastic.
