My back windshield wiper was put on crooked and person who did the original work only works in the AM which is inconvenient for me to bring my car back in to get it repaired. Also, there are still bits of glass trapped inside the trunk panel where the repairs were done and you can hear it rolling around every time the trunk opens and closes.

I was very very satisfied with the Lauren Cunningham's customer service. I have had my vehicles repaired at two other places and Classic Collision was the only one that contacted me and kept me informed as to what service I was receiving and updated me as to when my vehicle would be ready. Contacting me and NOT me trying to contact her was so wonderful. As I told Lauren, other repair centers say they will keep you up to date but they don't and fail to deliver the service like Classic Collision does. Keep up the good work and service!
