Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional, however, I had a few significant frustrations. First, my car was in the shop for close to a month, over two weeks longer than the original estimate. Second, my car was returned with no gas and a bad battery, and the staff forgot to mention anything about it. I left the lot and stopped to get gas, but I was stranded once I realized my battery was extremely drained and I couldn't even jump the car. I wasted 3 hours of my day Ubering to and from AutoZone/Home Depot and installing a new battery. This could have cost me only 30 min it the staff mentioned the battery before I picked up the car. I would've brought a new one with me.
