I was disappointed that the team at classic collision lied to me about my car being driven off site without my approval and then they lied and said it wasn't until I showed them the odometer reading when brought in and when I picked it up . This car Lexus ISF is a performance car and rare I am upset that it was taken out to fix tint without my approval after they scratched it

The customer service provided by Brittany was great, her initial welcome with a smile and warm friendliness then continuing that throughout the completion. She was spot on keeping me updated. Kudos to Brittany! The only suggestion I would have you to consider is timelines. Although I understood that a part had to come from Germany which extended the time out when promised, then you may want to give that consideration before providing a promised date. I was given an initial pick-up on Thursday but actually picked up Monday. If it's determined on inspection a part is to be ordered then order immediately so that that time inclusive up pick-up date provided to customer. Overall service was great and I'm glad to know I have the guarantee with your professional standards.

It really took too long to get our car back. On the way home, traffic was heavy & we could not hear anything but the noise of the trucks around us. Early this morning, as I sat at a light with my foot on the brake, I heard a loud rattle, it stopped when I put the car into neutral. It is not the exhaust pipe, that is tight. It only happens when in drive, and my foot is on the brake, it has never done this before. Hoping this is not serious.

Dana was amazing, great customer service and very responsible.
Regarding service on my vehicle, all repairs are not 100%. The battery continues to need a recharge due to how long the door was pulled off. I also paid a 350 difference to repair the axle and it's still not repaired.
I spoke with Dana and she was super kind and looking into having my car picked up for repair.
