Repair took **** day longer than the estimate when the vehicle was dropped off the afternoon prior to when work was supposed to begin. There was wax or something on adjacent panels and trim after the repair and the interior still smells like chemical cleaners.

I have worked with bodyshops before and I must say that I am extremely pleased with the level of service performed on my VW GTI. Emily kept me informed every step of the way and worked closely with my insurance company to get everything approved that was needed.
